| Description Physical and Chemical News (PCN) is an International Journal in Physics and Chemistry. PCN considers only original papers containing new results. The purpose of PCN is to bridge a gap between Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The journal stimulates the interaction between Physics and Chemistry and also between these fields and Mathematics. PCN publishes original theoretical and experimental papers on all aspects of physics and chemistry, proceeding of topical conferences in these fields, thematic issues, and comments on previous publications in the journal. All contributions are handled by an international board experts covering all subfields of Physics, Chemistry and related mathematical applications. Submission to PCN is a representation that the manuscript has not been published and is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. Authors are invited to include in their submission letters a list of individuals who may be appropriate reviewers for their manuscripts. The editor welcome these suggestions and try to use them when feasible. Work previously published as a rapid communication, or in a conference proceedings can be the basis of a regular article in PCN, provided the article, presents considerably more detail. Authors are not responsible for references to publications which had not yet appeared when their paper was submitted. If revision of a manuscript takes a substantial time, the references should be updated to include recently published relevant work. It is the responsibility of the person submitting the paper (the corresponding author who is the only responsible for the content of the paper) to ensure that all persons listed as authors approve of the inclusion of their names. | ||
