Description Presentation: The Revised Fundamental Rights and Democracy is a journal online, open access to published articles under Creative Commons Attribution (by). Classified stratum Qualis B1 and indexed in major databases and abroad. Has biannually and accepts articles in systematic streaming. Every six months, stands out nationally and internationally by publishing articles in the area of constitutional law, intarnacional, integration law, whenever the standpoint of fundamental rights, democracy and human rights, always seeking a critical analysis of the issues surveyed in order to enhance the technical and academic rigor. Publishes theoretical and empirical research in the various areas that make up the above studies nominees. Mission: To become a journal of national and international reference, seeking criteria that value Fundamental Rights and Democracy, guided by a critical view of the subject, both in the national, and international levels. Submission Policy: We will accept articles written by PhD researchers, provided they are within the rules and standards for the publication of the Journal, should be subject to the academic rigor of the articles.
